great for exploring downtown and nearby parks

I found the hotel to be in a prime spot since I could easily walk to popular areas like Granville Island and enjoy the beautiful views at nearby parks, making my city exploring experience much more enjoyable.

Good stay but room service needs improvement

We enjoyed our stay, especially the warm pool and friendly staff. Room cleaning was inconsistent and we found the coffee machine dirty. Definitely consider upgrading to the club lounge for amazing views and complimentary services. A great spot for a city break with room for improvement.
